He is a science Graduate, Fellow of Insurance Institute of India, Mumbai and Diploma holder from Chartered Insurance Institute, London, starting individually now he has team consisting of MBA’s and CA’s .
Mr Das is member of Million Dollar Round Table's Top of the Table, an exclusive forum for the world's most successful life insurance and financial services professionals, providing exemplary client service while displaying the highest standards of ethics and professional knowledge. He attends business seminars very often in and around the world. He is founder member of LIC’s “Corporate Club” an elite gathering of top performing LIC agents.
He is involved with various social organization and currently District Governor of Alliance Club International Dist 101, President MILT Kolkata Chapter, Immediate past President of Sindhi Merchant Association. He was actively involved with Rotary club and many other NGO’s
